Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain network infrastructure solutions, ensuring high availability, reliability, and security
- Configure and troubleshoot network devices, including routers, switches, firewalls, and load balancers
- Monitor network performance and analyze network traffic to optimize performance and detect issues
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define network requirements and translate them into technical specifications
- Manage and enforce network security measures, including access controls, firewalls, and VPNs
- Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging technologies, sharing knowledge and continuously improving processes
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in network engineering or a similar role
- Strong knowledge of network protocols, including TCP/IP, VLANs, and routing protocols
- Experience with network devices and technologies, such as Cisco routers and switches, firewalls, load balancers, and VPNs
- Proficiency in network monitoring and troubleshooting tools
- Knowledge of network security principles and best practices
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
