- Leverage advanced knowledge of cloud infrastructure, including IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS models.
- Implement and manage VOIP systems, ensuring seamless voice communication across the network.
- Integrate security measures, including firewalls and authentication protocols, into the network infrastructure.
- Ensure network operations meet compliance requirements and industry standards.
- Identify, track, and resolve potential risks and vulnerabilities within the network environment.
- Utilize in-depth knowledge of Palo Alto, Cisco, and cloud networking tools to deliver robust solutions.
- Stay updated with the latest networking technologies and certifications to maintain technical proficiency.
| | 2.2 Specific Knowledge, Skills and Abilities (KSAs) | - Bachelor's degree in business administration, Computer Science, Engineering, MBA or related field preferred Knowledge to identify measures or indicators of system performance and the actions needed to improve or correct performance, relative to the goals of the system.
- Knowledge of Cisco LAN and Routing equipment; Knowledge of Windows 10, Windows 11, Windows Server 2013 and 2018 and client software used to support a LAN/WAN environment.
- Knowledge of Mainframe Emulation Tools; Knowledge of PC based software; Strong knowledge of Local Area Networks (LAN), DHCP, DNS, TCP/IP, SSL, VPN and routing protocols; Strong network troubleshooting skills.
- Strong knowledge in developing upgrade and implementation plans and working with project team members and management to implement changes.
