Job Title: Network Engineer (CCNA/CCNP)

Location: Richmond, VA / Plano, TX ( ONSITE )

Duration: 12+ months contract

Technical Skills:

• Exposure in handling projects in Network, handling Cisco equipment.
• Experience in integrating and troubleshooting IP networks
• Excellent hands-on experience in RMA process, vendor dispatches
• Knowledge in handling and updating runbooks
• Hands on experience in Installation of WAPs
• Coordination to Replace WAP, setting up Wi-Fi access points
• Excellent hands-on experience in repairing Cisco equipment for Campus, WAN, and Data Centers.
• Knowledge on routing protocols like BGP, OSPF, EIGRP & MPLS
• Hands on experience in IOS upgrades
• 8+ years of Networking infrastructure management experience.
• Experience with managing multiple data centers, sites.
• Experience with Cisco Nexus switches.
• Experience with OSPF, BGP, IPSec on cisco routers.

Maximizing network performance through ongoing monitoring and troubleshooting

• Arranging scheduled upgrades
• Investigating faults in the network
• Updating network equipment to the latest firmware releases
• Reporting network status to key stakeholders
• Has extensive knowledge on Cisco products, RMA, vendor Coordination
