Network Lead Apply
Minimum 5 years of experience supporting the installation, implementation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of agency wide-area networks (WANs) and local-area networks (LANs).
Experience assisting in the design and management of the WAN infrastructure and any processes related to the WAN.
Experience providing Production Support of the Network, including: day-to-day operations, monitoring and problem resolution client Networks. Provides second level problem identification, diagnosis and resolution of problems.
Experience supporting the dispatch of circuit and hardware vendors involved in the resolution process. Supports the escalation and communication
of status to agency management and internal customers.
Knowledge in various software systems and architectures, communications protocols: and network hardware devices.
