Network Manager Apply
Key Responsibilities Infrastructure Management: Design, implement, and support complex Cisco networking and telecom systems (MPLS, voice, data). Maintain and optimize network performance, security, and reliability. Manage PBXs, ACDs, ALGs, SBCs, and related technologies. Troubleshooting and Problem Resolution: Diagnose and resolve complex network issues (TCP/IP, UDP, BGP, QoS, MPLS, SIP). Analyze IP and SIP endpoint/trunk issues. Team Leadership and Mentorship: Lead and mentor junior networking staff. Build and maintain a high-performing team. Project Management: Plan, design, and implement telecom solutions. Manage budgets and project timelines. Document all changes and network configurations. Collaborate with third-party vendors for issue resolution and service provisioning. Security and Compliance: Implement and enforce security standards. Maintain compliance with all networking and telecom related regulations. Required Skills and Qualifications 7+ years of hands-on networking/telecom experience. Extensive Cisco expertise (routers, switches, Nexus, ASAs). Advanced knowledge of TCP/IP, UDP, BGP, QoS, MPLS, SIP, SDWAN, and DMVPN. 5+ years of management and leadership experience. Cisco Voice and CCNP or higher certifications. Experience with PALO firewalls and load balancers. Strong problem-solving, communication, and project management skills. Experience with CCUX Enterprise and CISCO Unity.
