Title: Network Manager (but heavy on Systems, M365, VMware)

Location: Gardena, CA *hybrid* 1 week onsite, the next remote in that rotation*

Salary: $120,000- 155,000 + benefits and bonus

We are looking for a skilled Network Manager to oversee the infrastructure operations and network systems of our clients organization in Gardena, California. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership abilities and technical expertise to manage a dynamic environment supporting approximately 250 users. This role requires hands-on experience with advanced technologies and a proactive approach to vendor management and team supervision.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and optimize the organization's network infrastructure, ensuring reliable and secure operations.

• Oversee VMware systems, ensuring they are running on version 7 or newer and meet performance expectations.

• Administer Active Directory, including assigning group policies and maintaining user account security.

• Lead a team of 3-4 direct reports, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.

• Supervise vendor relationships, ensuring services align with organizational needs and budgets.

• Implement and maintain Microsoft 365 Enterprise solutions to enhance productivity and collaboration.

• Design and maintain network architecture, ensuring scalability and efficiency.

• Configure and manage Cisco routers and networking systems to support enterprise operations.

• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure minimal downtime.

• Develop and enforce IT policies and procedures to uphold security standards.

• Must be a U.S. citizen due to onsite security access requirements.
• Minimum of 4 years in a managerial role overseeing IT/network operations.
• Proficiency with VMware infrastructure, version 7 or newer.
• Strong knowledge of Active Directory, including group policy management.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 Enterprise solutions.
• Expertise in Cisco routers and network design.
• Ability to manage vendor relationships effectively.
• Familiarity with network architecture principles and best practices.
