Network Manager Apply
We are partnered with a Commercial Bank in the search of a Network Manager to lead the Information Services Team; Network Operations Center (NOC) and IT Help Desk personnel
Location: Lodi (1)
Compensation: $125,000 - $135,000 per year
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coach NOC and HD staff for excellent service delivery.
- Manage network and workstation infrastructure, ensuring performance and making future recommendations.
- Oversee security systems, VoIP system availability, and vendor relationships.
- Lead network-related initiatives and projects, assisting with audits and regulatory exams.
- Ensure team compliance with policies, staying current on industry advancements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- Strong knowledge of Windows Servers; Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert (MCSE) preferred.
- Understanding of networking fundamentals, including Cisco technologies.
- Familiarity with IT Service Management framework and principles.
- 5+ years administering Windows servers and/or Cisco networking systems.
- 2+ years in a supervisory role managing direct reports.
- 3+ years in network operations, preferably at a financial institution.
