- Work Location: Seattle SSC or Vancouver SSC
- Focus: Network Monitoring tools: Solarwinds, Splunk, Datadog
- Experience Requirements:
Solarwinds, this is almost a perfect JD and requirements: and Analysis:
Monitor network and system performance using Splunk tools.
Analyze and resolve performance issues and network bottlenecks.
Develop and implement monitoring strategies to ensure system reliability and availability.
Troubleshooting:
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Splunk tools and related infrastructure.
Provide support for network and system issues detected by Splunk.
Datadog:
Monitoring and Analysis:
Monitor network and system performance using Datadog tools.
Analyze and resolve performance issues and network bottlenecks.
Develop and implement monitoring strategies to ensure system reliability and availability.
Troubleshooting:
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Datadog tools and related infrastructure.
Provide support for network and system issues detected by Datadog.
- Experience Nice to have: Network certification such as Cisco CCNA and 3 years of hands-on network engineer experience
