Job Title Network Operations Manager (NOC) Job Overview Contemporary Staffing Solutions is seeking a Network Operations Manager to join our client to drive stability, performance, and security across enterprise infrastructure operations. This role centers on guiding a network team while ensuring critical systems remain available and aligned with business needs. The position blends leadership, technical oversight, and strategic planning to support modernization and growth initiatives. This is a hybrid, direct hire opportunity based in Fort Washington, PA, offering a collaborative environment with meaningful operational impact. Compensation $130,000 annual salary plus bonus Work Schedule Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Key Responsibilities of the Network Operations Manager Lead and develop a team of network administrators through coaching, performance management, and ongoing support of technical growth. Oversee enterprise infrastructure including network connectivity, cloud platforms, servers, and virtualization environments to ensure consistent performance and uptime. Guide infrastructure initiatives such as cloud migrations, network improvements, and communication system updates from planning through execution. Partner with security teams to strengthen controls, address vulnerabilities, and support regulatory compliance efforts. Monitor system health and capacity while managing vendors, budgets, documentation, and change management processes. Qualifications and Skills for the Network Operations Manager At least seven years of experience in infrastructure or network environments along with three years of leadership responsibility. Strong expertise in Microsoft server technologies, Azure services, and hybrid identity platforms such as Active Directory and Entra ID. Experience working with virtualization tools such as VMware or Hyper‑V in complex environments. Knowledge of security practices and regulatory standards including SOX or FFIEC along with incident response principles. Effective communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work across technical and business teams.
