Network Quality Engineer (Project Based) Apply
Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, IT, Computer Science, or related field.Minimum 3 years of experience in telecommunication systems or ICT operations.Good understanding of telecommunication networks, transmission systems, and IP-based infrastructure.Familiar with network monitoring, MPLS/IP devices, and installation documentation standards (LLD, test results, BAST).Basic understanding of network management systems (NMS) and service quality monitoring.Strong analytical and data validation skills.Good communication and interpersonal abilities.Ability to analyze operational data and produce quality reports.Proficient in Microsoft Office and reporting tools.Good command of English, both written and spoken.Able to work under pressure and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.Have Certificate ITIL/CCNA/expert systemAbility to work under pressure and escalate issues appropriately.Willing to be a PKWT contract employee for the Lintasarta projectWilling to work full-time in the officeJob Responsibilities:Prepare, compile, and validate activation and deactivation data to ensure service installation complies with company standards.Perform data analysis and produce audit reports related to activation, deactivation, and installation quality.Validate network device configurations (IP MPLS and other IP devices), traffic monitoring sensors, and installation documentation (LLD, test results, BAST).Support sampling audits for installation activities and provide remote supervision for field audit teams.Analyze low availability data from network systems and coordinate with internal teams to improve service performance.Support development and maintenance of internal applications and dashboards for quality control reporting.Assist in auditing ICT services and compiling operational data for network management systems (NMS).
