As the Network Relations Fulfillment Manager, you will be shaping the future of how we serve our communities. You will be at the forefront of our Equitability Initiative, helping to drive meaningful change across New Jersey by working closely with our distribution and customer service team.
What you’ll do in your role:
- Manage fulfillment operations to ensure smooth and effective distribution of resources to community partners like food pantries and meal programs.
- Lead the execution and enhancement of initiatives, such as Direct Delivery and LFPA
- Develop and sustain strong relationships with community partners, equipping them with necessary resources to meet community needs.
- Oversee critical administrative functions like order processing, data entry, and inventory management, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.

What you’ll need to be successful in this role:
- 2-4 years in fulfillment operations and customer service, with 1-2 years in a leadership or supervisory capacity.
- Proficiency in Microsoft O365, Teams, and Excel.
- Experience with data visualization tools and processes.
- Effective communication and leadership skills; compassionate, solution-oriented mindset.
