As a Network Relations Representative, you will play a critical part in supporting daily operations, managing administrative tasks, and collaborating with various departments to ensure effective distribution and service to our community partners.
What you’ll do in your role:
- Maintain strong relationships with various partner programs, including food pantries and meal programs, providing them with essential support and resources.
- Assist partners with food orders, respond to inquiries, and help troubleshoot issues to ensure smooth service.
- Work closely with various departments to facilitate efficient distribution and fulfillment while contributing ideas to enhance our processes and better serve our communities.
- Manage daily administrative tasks like order processing, data entry, and inventory management, ensuring accuracy and smooth workflow.
- Assist in identifying areas for operational efficiency and help implement solutions.

What you’ll need to be successful in this role:
- High school diploma or equivalent and 1-2 years of experience in customer service and fulfillment operations.
- Strong organizational and technical skills, particularly in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Teams, and O365.
- Excellent communication skills in writing and over the phone, and a positive, problem-solving attitude.
- High degree of self-motivation and the ability to work well in a team and learn new concepts
- Detailed oriented and process driven
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license for travel to partner sites
