Location: Austin, TX (Onsite)
Duration: 6 months
"Navitas Partners, LLC" is seeking an experienced Network Security Analyst II to plan, implement, configure, and support RSA Archer GRC solutions. This role collaborates with security, risk, compliance, and IT teams to deliver scalable, user-friendly Archer applications for assessment, authorization, control assurance, issue management, and continuous compliance monitoring.
Required Certifications:
Must Have: Archer Certified Professional (ACP) OR Level 3 Archer Certified Administrator – Expert
Key Responsibilities:
Design, configure, and maintain Archer applications, workflows, and system integrations
Gather business/functional requirements and translate into solution designs, user stories, and implementation plans
Configure questionnaires, forms, calculations, access controls, and automated data imports
Develop REST APIs and client-side customizations using JavaScript/jQuery
Produce technical documentation and follow change/release management processes
Troubleshoot, optimize performance, and support end-user adoption
Required Skills & Experience:
Minimum 5 years experience with Archer platform; 10 years preferred supporting large enterprise or government GRC implementations
Expert knowledge of RSA Archer architecture, data model, and workflow design
Strong understanding of GRC, risk management, and compliance frameworks
Experience integrating Archer with external systems (e.g., ServiceNow, ITSM, CMDB)
Proficiency in JavaScript/jQuery for client-side customizations
Excellent documentation, communication, and project management skills
Preferred:
Familiarity with NIST, ISO 27001, SOC, or other regulatory compliance frameworks
Prior experience in information security, risk, or compliance teams
