We are seeking a Security Engineer with a strong focus on Zscaler technologies to provide advanced operational and end-user support across critical security platforms.This role is ideal for a hands-on security professional who enjoys troubleshooting complex network security environments, supporting enterprise users, and contributing to the stability and performance of zero-trust and perimeter security solutions.Job DescriptionThe Security Engineer will provide 2nd and 3rd-level operational support for enterprise network security tooling, with a primary focus on internet proxy, VPN, zero-trust network access, and firewall platforms.Responsibilities IncludeProviding advanced support and troubleshooting for network security solutions, with a strong emphasis on Zscaler technologiesSupporting VPN and remote access services, including Cisco AnyConnectAssisting with proxy and traffic management solutions, including F5 platformsSupporting firewall operations and configurations in enterprise environmentsWorking closely with infrastructure and security teams to resolve incidents, perform root-cause analysis, and maintain platform stabilityDelivering high-quality end-user support while balancing back-end and infrastructure-level responsibilitiesFollowing standard operating procedures and contributing to documentation and knowledge sharingQualificationsRequired Qualifications:Hands-on experience supporting Zscaler Internet Access (ZIA) and Zscaler Client Connector (ZCC) Experience providing 2nd and 3rd level support for network security platforms Strong troubleshooting skills in enterprise network and security environments Experience supporting end users in large-scale organizations Knowledge of VPN, proxy, and zero trust network access conceptsPreferred Qualifications:Experience with Cisco AnyConnect VPN Experience supporting Checkpoint firewalls Experience with F5 BIG-IP or other proxy/load-balancing solutions Background supporting firewall and network infrastructure platforms in addition to user-facing toolsBenefitsDahl Consulting is proud to offer a comprehensive benefits package to eligible employees that will allow you to choose the best coverage to meet your family’s needs.
