RMC is hiring a Network Security Lead to support NSWC Crane. The ideal candidate will have a variety of experience providing Information Assurance and Cybersecurity solutions for customers across the DoD.

As a Network Security Lead on our team, you'll work with our government customer to create dashboards in Splunk to discover their cyber risks, understand system vulnerabilities, and report on federally mandated actions. You will utilize dashboard for data analysis and reporting. You'll work with team members and clients to develop and disseminate key dashboard information in ways that prioritize risk mitigation.

Qualifications;

  • Knowledge of IT security best practices
  • Knowledge of Risk Management Framework (RMF)
  • Ability to analyze IT Security monitoring and reporting requirements and define, design, develop, maintain, or improve Splunk dashboards, reports, and alerts
  • Knowledge of IT Security tools such as Nessus
  • Experience working with a team, but also leading projects and interacting with the customer

Requirements

  • Bachelors Degree in Cybersecurity of Computer Science
  • CASP certification (or any DOD 8570 IAT Level III certification)
  • Candidate must have the ability to obtain a security clearance: an Interim Secret clearance is required to start
