Job Title: Network Support Engineer
Location: 1468 Madison Ave, New York, NY
Schedule: 40 hours/week, 2 3 days onsite per week
Duration: 4-6 months starting in Dec

Responsibilities:

  • Provide on-site and remote technical support during the deployment.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve Cisco wireless connectivity issues.
  • Diagnose DHCP-related problems and ensure proper IP address assignment.
  • Address general network issues to maintain stable device performance.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to escalate and resolve complex issues.
  • Document troubleshooting steps, resolutions, and deployment progress.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong experience with wireless networks and troubleshooting methodologies.
  • Hands-on knowledge of DHCP and core networking principles.
  • Experience supporting medical devices or healthcare environments is a plus.
  • Ability to work onsite 2 3 days per week.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
