Network Connectivity Issue AssessmentInvestigate reported network connectivity issues.Check Access Points and Switches for proper functionality.Verify overall network infrastructure health.3. Wi-Fi & LAN TestingConnect to PR_CORP Wi-Fi SSID.Perform continuous ping test to 8.8.8.8 while walking through the office.Conduct Microsoft Teams video call test with the remote network team while moving around the office.Additional ActivitiesVerify all Access Points are powered and operational.Inspect network rack and installed devices.Coordinate with L2 / Service Desk team for a corporate laptop if required.Work with the remote network team during testing and survey activities.
