Network Support Technician Location: Guarulhos, BrazilOverviewThe Network Technician is responsible for installing, maintaining, monitoring, and troubleshooting an organization’s network infrastructure. This role supports LAN, WAN, and wireless networks to ensure reliable connectivity, security, and optimal performance for users and business systems.Key ResponsibilitiesInstall, configure, and maintain network hardware including routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless access points.Troubleshoot network connectivity issues related to TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, routing, and switching.Monitor network performance and respond to outages or degradation in service.Support LAN, WAN, VPN, and WLAN environments.Perform IP addressing, subnetting, and VLAN configurations.Assist with network upgrades, migrations, and infrastructure refresh projects.Maintain network cabling, patch panels, and labeling standards.Implement and support basic network security measures such as access controls and VPN connectivity.Document network diagrams, configurations, procedures, and incident resolutions.Work with system administrators, security teams, and vendors to resolve escalated issues.Provide Tier 1–2 network support and on-call support as required.Required Skills & QualificationsStrong knowledge of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs).Experience with enterprise network equipment (Cisco or equivalent).Understanding of LAN/WAN and wireless networking concepts.Hands-on experience with network cabling (Cat5e/Cat6, fiber basics).Familiarity with network monitoring and ticketing tools.Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues under pressure.Experience with Active Directory and Group Policy basics.Familiarity with Windows Server networking services.Hands-on troubleshooting skills in enterprise environments.Excellent communication and documentation skills.Preferred QualificationsNetwork+ or CCNA certification.Experience supporting enterprise or multi-site environments.Basic knowledge of firewalls, VPNs, and security best practices.Experience with Windows Server networking and Active Directory.Why Apply?This is a fantastic chance to work on a high-profile project in Guarulhos, BR.
