Description Enhanced Veterans Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Network Technician to provide essential technical guidance and oversight to support and maintain information systems operations for our contract at Davis Monthan AFB, Arizona. This position involves direct responsibilities in the monitoring, troubleshooting, and enhancement of network performance and operations. You must have an active Top Secret Security Clearance to be considered for an interview. Key Responsibilities Provide technical guidance for directing and monitoring information systems operations. Direct the compilation of records and reports related to network operations and maintenance. Troubleshoot network performance issues. Analyze network traffic and develop capacity planning solutions. Interface with vendor support service groups to ensure appropriate escalation during system outages or degraded performance. Provide assistance and oversight for all information systems operations activities, including: Computer operations Telecommunications/communications operations Data entry and data control LAN/MAN/WAN administration and operations support Operating systems programming System security policy procedures Web strategy and operations Monitor and respond to hardware, software, and network problems. Use software and hardware tools to identify and diagnose complex problems and factors affecting network performance. Troubleshoot network systems and implement improvements as necessary. Requirements Active Top Secret Security Clearance is required. Security+ Certification is required. Requires 2 to 6 years of experience in relevant fields. AF and DoD environment experience.
