Overview We are seeking Network Technicians to support a large-scale infrastructure deployment project involving the configuration and rollout of networking equipment across multiple branch locations. This team will play a key role in preparing enterprise network hardware, including routers, switches, and supporting equipment for deployment to field locations. This is a hands-on technical role based in a warehouse environment where technicians will configure, test, and stage equipment before it is shipped to production sites. The environment is fast-paced, collaborative, and less structured than a traditional office setting, making it ideal for candidates who enjoy practical, technical work and working closely with hardware. Key Responsibilities Configure and prepare routers, switches, and network hardware for deployment across branch locations Support network device staging, imaging, and testing prior to shipment Work with enterprise-grade networking equipment used in large-scale infrastructure deployments Validate device configurations and ensure equipment meets deployment standards Collaborate with technical teams to troubleshoot configuration or deployment issues Maintain accurate documentation and labeling of staged equipment Ideal Candidate Profile 1–5 years of networking or infrastructure experience Hands-on experience with network hardware configuration such as routers and switches Exposure to Juniper networking technologies is a plus, but not required Comfortable working in a warehouse-style staging environment rather than a traditional office Strong attention to detail when configuring and validating equipment Ability to follow technical procedures and work within a high-volume deployment environment Team-oriented with a strong work ethic and willingness to support large-scale projects This role operates within a network staging warehouse , where technicians prepare hardware before it is deployed to branch locations.
