Network Technician

Mancan is hiring a hands-on Network Technician to support Networking, KVM, and AV systems in a warehouse/lab environment. This role focuses on system configuration, imaging, testing, troubleshooting, and RMA processing.
Responsibilities:
Configure and test Networking, KVM, and AV solutions
Perform IP addressing, system imaging, and device setup
Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues
Complete firmware upgrades
Process and diagnose customer returns (RMA)
Document configurations and test results
Requirements:
2+ years of technical experience (5+ preferred)
Strong knowledge of networking fundamentals
Experience with IP configuration, imaging, and troubleshooting
Ability to read technical documentation
Working knowledge of SAP and Microsoft Office
Ability to lift 30+ lbs
Associate degree or technical certifications preferred.
