Position Description:

What Youll Do

1. Maintain and support routing, switching, Ethernet, IPTV, and central office systems
2. Ensure reliable operation of voice and broadband networks
3. Provide advanced troubleshooting and technical support to field teams
4. Assist with upgrades, installs, and infrastructure improvements
5. Help drive continuous improvement across our network environment
   
   What You Bring
   1. 2+ years of telecommunications or networking experience
   2. Working knowledge of IP networking, LAN/WAN, VoIP, routing and switching
   3. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
   4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
   5. Professional communication with customers, vendors, and coworkers
