About this Position:
Job Title: Network Technician
DAILY DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES:

Manage help desk tickets for network issues, account onboarding/offboarding, and infrastructure incidents.

Provide on-call support every 3 weeks for critical and escalated site issues.

Assist with network rollouts, upgrades, and infrastructure improvements.

Maintain documentation and inventory of network assets.

Support Microsoft administration tasks (Entra ID, Group Policy, Microsoft 365).

Perform basic Windows Server maintenance, monitoring, and patch management.
REQUIRED SKILLS:

5 Years of experience with Microsoft Entra ID and general Microsoft administration.

5 years of experience with Windows Server environments.
-
10 years of experience in troubleshooting skills in networking (wired/wireless).

5+ years experience responding to help desk requests via ticketing system.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting.

Excellent communication and documentation skills.
Preferred skills:
-
Experience with Deskpro ticketing system.
-
Experience with Active Directory, DNS, and Group Policy.

Experience with Ruckus/Brocade network switches.
REQUIRED EDUCATION:

Bachelor's Degree. May sub for equivalent experience.
