Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Neurologist to join our medical team. As a Neurologist, you will diagnose and treat patients with neurological disorders, conduct research, and provide expert medical care such as TBI. Your expertise will contribute to improving the lives of patients and advancing the field of neurology.

Responsibilities:

- Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations to diagnose and treat neurological conditions

- Develop personalized treatment plans based on patient needs and medical history

- Perform and interpret diagnostic tests such as EEGs, EMGs, and MRIs

- Prescribe medications and monitor their effectiveness

- Provide counseling and education to patients and their families regarding their condition and treatment options

- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated patient care

- Stay updated on the latest advancements in neurology through continuous learning and research

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records

- Adhere to medical office standards, including proper documentation, coding, and billing practices

Skills:

- Extensive knowledge of neurological conditions, treatments, and procedures

- Proficiency in radiation therapy for neurological conditions

- Strong research skills to contribute to advancements in the field of neurology

- Experience working in a medical office setting, providing comprehensive patient care

- Familiarity with behavioral health and occupational health considerations in neurology

- Ability to manage airways and provide critical care in an ICU setting

- Experience administering injections for therapeutic purposes

- Knowledge of medical coding practices for accurate billing

Qualifications:

- Medical degree from an accredited institution

- Board certification in Neurology

- Valid medical license to practice as a Neurologist

- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare professionals
