Royal Arc Industrial Services Holding, a crane services and fabrication company is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Territory Sales New Business Development professional to join our location in Flat Rock, MI. We currently have offices in Michigan, Texas, and Georgia. This role involves identifying new market opportunities, establishing strategic relationships, and delivering tailored solutions to prospective clients. The ideal candidate will possess strong sales acumen, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to business growth within assigned territories.
Duties
- Identify and target potential clients through research, networking, and outreach efforts
- Develop and execute strategic plans to penetrate new markets and increase sales pipeline
- Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in target industries
- Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop campaigns that support business development initiatives
- Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals, ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the process
- Travel to customer locations to present company products, services and pricing information in a professional manner.
- Coordinate with project management teams to ensure seamless onboarding of new clients
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, competitors, and market conditions

Requirements:
- Clean driving record (required)
Compensation:
$60,000–$70,000 base salary (based on experience) + commission + benefits
