This position is located in Buffalo, NY and is required to be onsite.

  • Administer New Business Processing Training
  • Scheduled weekly trainings on all lines of new business processing (Life & Annuity, B/D)
  • Review new business prior to submission
  • Provide feedback to avoid frequent NIGOs
  • Provide guidance on potential compliance questions
  • Manage Advisor Support Chat Line
  • Structured office hours for advisor support
  • Advisors/Assistants can reach out for walk-throughs, questions, or clarifications
  • Maintain FAQ Resources
  • Maintain documents and/or videos on frequently asked questions to avoid NIGOs
  • Produce training videos to be used as resources
  • Stay up to date on product enhancements
  • Communication
  • Communicate updates/changes to new business processes
  • Communicate frequent NIGOs and establish plans to avoid in the future
  • Producer Assistant Training & Support

The base salary range for this position is $52,000-$69,000. Actual base salaries vary based on skills, experience, and geographical location. In addition to base pay, Equitable provides compensation to reward performance with base salary increases, spot bonuses, and short-term incentive compensation opportunities. Eligibility for these programs depends on level and functional area of responsibility.

  • 2+ Years Experience in a Business office setting (Financial service industry a plus)
