New Construction Sales Representative - Overhead Door & Dock Systems Apply
Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Prospect and develop new construction leads through builders, general contractors, and property managers
Conduct job site visits and pre-bid walkthroughs
Prepare quotes, submittals, and proposals for overhead doors, dock equipment, and entrance systems
Manage awarded projects
Maintain CRM records and manage follow-ups with prospects
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
Qualifications:
2+ years of experience in B2B or construction sales (preferred)
Knowledge of overhead doors, dock levelers, or related commercial products is a strong plus
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ability to read Blueprints
Able to obtain field measurements
Self-motivated with a strong sense of accountability
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) and CRM tools
