We’re developing reusable, safe, and low-cost space vehicles and systems within a culture of safety, collaboration, and inclusion. This role supports the development and operations of New Glenn, a single‑configuration, heavy‑lift orbital launch vehicle capable of routinely carrying people and payloads to low‑Earth orbit, geostationary transfer orbit, cislunar, and beyond. As part of a small, passionate team, you will work on launch vehicles, space vehicles, and launch facility systems for New Glenn. This critical role supports regulatory compliance efforts on the NG program with the US Space Force Space Launch Deltas 45 and 30, providing leadership in maintaining critical ground safety compliance products for the New Glenn launch vehicle program. Responsibilities Develop and maintain positive relationships across the New Glenn program and its US Space Force partners. Plan sophisticated products across many technical subject areas while delivering and communicating results in support of Range Safety Compliance. Provide leadership in maintaining critical ground safety compliance products for the New Glenn launch vehicle program. Ensure compliance with SSCMAN 91‑710 requirements. Perform at a high level in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment. Act as a strong, collaborative team member. Minimum Qualifications Minimum of a B.S. degree in engineering or an equivalent technical management field. Meaningful and demonstrable experience with Range Safety requirements (e.g., SSCMAN 91‑710). Proven experience with large‑scale, development aerospace program. Solid understanding of project management and resource planning practices. Ability to work within a team environment. Excellent judgement and comfort with making high‑quality, high‑velocity decisions. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong track record of product ownership. Experience with collaboration tools such as Confluence and JIRA. Base Pay Range For CA applicants: $121,023.00 – $169,432.20; CO applicants: $110,938.00 – $155,312.85; WA applicants: $121,023.00 – $169,432.20. Benefits Medical, dental, vision, basic and supplemental life insurance, paid parental leave, short and long‑term disability, 401(k) with a company match of up to 5%, and an Education Support Program. Stock options for all regular employees (working at least 20 hours per week). Paid time off: Up to four weeks per year based on weekly scheduled hours, and up to 14 company‑paid holidays. Dependence on role type and job level may yield additional benefits and bonuses based on company discretion; bonus amounts and eligibility are not guaranteed and subject to change.
