Base Salary:
- ASN RNs: 1 year: $27.50/hr 5 years: $32.35/hr 10 years: $37.20/hr 15+ years: $45.55/hr
- BSN RNs: 1 year: $28.75/hr 5 years: $33.60/hr 10 years: $38.45/hr 15+ years: $46.80/hr
Job Description:
- Deliver direct, individualized care to women and children by applying scientific nursing process and principles
- Collaborate with the patient, their families and other professional disciplines to ensure effective delivery of patient care and achievement of desired patient outcomes
- Practice in accordance with the Texas Nurse Practice Act
- Participate in committee activities, surveys, and improvement initiatives
