This role will set appointments, close sales, and meet annual sales goals.

New Home Consultants enjoy uncapped earning potential with paid training, the highest commissions in the industry, a paid car and phone allowance, and an aggressive bonus structure. Just meeting sales standards will lead you to six figures. No previous real estate experience necessary to apply as we offer a comprehensive training to set you up for success with our sales system, the LGI way.

Requirements

A top producing sales record, competitive spirit, and drive for success is required in this role. The New Home Consultant must have excellent communication skills, both in-person and over the phone, and be willing to work on the weekends. Experience in a commission-based sales role is preferred. A valid driver’s license is required.

In addition to a competitive compensation package, this position offers comprehensive training and exceptional benefits which include: medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with 4% match, company-paid life insurance, a paid car and phone allowance, an employee stock purchase plan and a new home discount. Compensation:

Total Compensation:  $222,450 - $556,700+ with uncapped potential. *

Commission: 2.5% commission on all closed sales under $500,000, 2.0% commission paid on all closed sales over $500,0000. Includes recoverable draw of $12,000 per quarter compared against commissions earned on a quarterly basis.

Bonus Structure: Paid at each level of units closed within a calendar year ($5,000 - $30,000 based on number of units closed)

Paid Training: 100 days of Training Pay totaling $13,292.64 (equivalent to $48,000 a year) paid bi-weekly

Other:
$250 monthly car allowance and $100 monthly phone allowance.
*Includes Commission + Bonus + Car & Phone Allowance (Range based on 18 – 40 units closed with a 2.5% commission on an average sales price of $485,000)
