WHY THIS OPPORTUNITY STANDS OUT 100% plaintiff-side employment litigation representing individuals in workplace disputes. Draft and file pleadings, motions, and substantive briefs. Lead written discovery, develop document strategy, and prepare for depositions. Provide direct client counseling, develop case strategy, and maintain ownership of deadlines and next steps. LOCATION, SCHEDULE AND COMPENSATION Location: New York, New York Schedule: Hybrid, in office 4 days per week (one work‑from‑home day) Compensation: Base salary range: $150,000 to $180,000 REQUIREMENTS Juris Doctor from an accredited law school. 5+ years of legal experience with a meaningful focus on employment law and litigation.
