A confidential, established personal injury litigation practice is seeking an associate attorney to handle a high-volume docket of injury matters in Georgia. This opportunity is well suited to a mid-level to senior attorney who enjoys owning case strategy, working directly with clients, and driving files from early investigation through resolution, with support staff partnership.WHY THIS OPPORTUNITY STANDS OUT• Hands-on ownership of personal injury litigation matters from intake through settlement or trial preparation• Mix of plaintiff-side and defense-side personal injury work, experience from either side is welcome• Meaningful client communication and strategic decision-making responsibilities• Opportunity to supervise and mentor paralegals and support staff• Hybrid schedule with consistent in-office collaborationTHE ROLE• Manage an active personal injury caseload of approximately 80 to 120 matters• Develop liability and damages strategy, evaluate medical and expert support, and drive resolution plans• Draft pleadings, written discovery, motions, and settlement demands• Take and defend depositions and coordinate case development with medical providers and experts• Handle mediations and settlement negotiations, and support trial preparation as needed• Maintain high-touch communication with clients, carriers, and opposing counsel• Delegate effectively to, and mentor, support staff to maintain momentum and quality across the docketLOCATION, SCHEDULE AND COMPENSATIONLocation:Georgia (Atlanta metro)Schedule:Hybrid, in office 3 days per weekREQUIREMENTS• Active Georgia bar admission in good standing• Juris Doctor from an accredited law school• 2 or more years of personal injury litigation experience with demonstrated case ownership• Proven results and a strong track record in personal injury matters• Ability to manage a high-volume docket while maintaining responsiveness and organization• Strong legal writing, negotiation, and client communication skills• Consistent, dependable work history and a collaborative approachPREFERRED BACKGROUND• Approximately 6 or more years of personal injury experience• Trial experience• Experience supervising or mentoring paralegals or other support staff• Exposure to higher-value or complex injury matters, including trucking, motor vehicle collisions, and negligence claimsCOMPENSATION AND BENEFITS• Comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision, 401(k), and wellness benefitsFor a confidential and non-obligation call to learn more about this opportunity, please apply below or forward your resume to AlYasa.Petersen@wearerevolution.co and we’ll be happy to discuss this position in more detail.
