A confidential Texas plaintiff-side personal injury practice is seeking an attorney to strengthen its litigation function, with a primary focus on pre‑litigation files and support on active litigated matters. This is a hybrid role designed for an attorney who enjoys client‑facing work, strategic case development, and moving files efficiently toward strong resolutions. WHY THIS OPPORTUNITY STANDS OUT Plaintiff‑side personal injury work only, with no defense matters Meaningful responsibility on pre‑litigation case management, with exposure to litigated files as needed Hybrid schedule with most work performed remotely, plus in‑office time for collaboration and case needs Long‑term career progression potential, including a partner‑track path THE ROLE Manage a pre‑litigation personal injury caseload from intake through demand, negotiation, and resolution Communicate directly with clients, medical providers, and insurance adjusters Evaluate liability and damages, organize records, and develop settlement strategy Draft and refine demand packages and settlement communications Support litigated matters as needed, including coordinating with litigation counsel on discovery support, motion practice support, and trial preparation tasks Maintain accurate file documentation and ensure consistent case progression LOCATION, SCHEDULE AND COMPENSATION Location: Dallas area, Texas Schedule: Hybrid, in office 3 days per week Compensation: (not specified) REQUIREMENTS Juris Doctor from an accredited law school 3 to 4 years of focused litigation experience, with prior personal injury litigation experience (plaintiff-side experience strongly preferred) Commitment to a 100 percent plaintiff-side practice Strong legal writing, organization, and case management skills Professional, clear communication style with clients and other stakeholders PREFERRED BACKGROUND Strong second-chair experience in personal injury litigation Additional years of experience are welcome if paired with hands‑on litigation capability and a collaborative working style #J-18808-Ljbffr
