A confidential Texas-based plaintiff-side personal injury trial practice is seeking a litigation associate attorney to join its Dallas office. This is a 100% litigation role on a contingency-fee docket, built for an attorney who wants meaningful ownership of cases, regular deposition experience, and hands‑on responsibility through resolution. WHY THIS OPPORTUNITY STANDS OUT Plaintiff-side personal injury litigation in a trial-focused environment Significant autonomy, with the opportunity to run your own docket Litigation-forward caseload, with most matters actively litigated Substantial deposition cadence, with an expectation of approximately 10 depositions per month Performance-aligned compensation structure tied to collected fees on matters you handle THE ROLE Manage a personal injury litigation docket from suit through resolution Draft and respond to pleadings, written discovery, and substantive motions Take and defend depositions, including party and key fact witness depositions Evaluate liability and damages, develop case strategy, and prepare matters for mediation, hearings, and trial Communicate directly with clients and coordinate with relevant stakeholders as needed Negotiate settlements and prepare files for trial when required LOCATION, SCHEDULE AND COMPENSATION Schedule: On-site Base Salary: Six-figure (depending on experience) REQUIREMENTS Juris Doctor from an accredited law school 1 to 5 years of litigation experience in personal injury, with strong alignment to plaintiff-side contingency practice Ability to manage an active litigation caseload (often in the range of 20 to 40 matters, depending on experience) Strong legal writing skills and polished work product Comfort with a high-deposition, high-ownership litigation practice PREFERRED BACKGROUND Experience with commercial vehicle matters and or catastrophic injury matters For attorneys with 3+ years of experience: demonstrated responsibility taking depositions, drafting substantive briefs, and preparing matters for hearings, mediation, and trial COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS Semiannual bonus equal to 10% of collected fees on cases you handle #J-18808-Ljbffr
