Personal Injury Attorney | Plaintiff‑Side Litigation | San Francisco | Hybrid | $250,000 Base Salary + Commission A confidential San Francisco plaintiff‑side litigation practice is seeking a Personal Injury Attorney to join its team handling high‑stakes injury matters. This is a hands‑on role for an attorney who enjoys ownership of files, frequent client contact, and building cases from intake through resolution, with opportunities for deposition and trial exposure. Why This Opportunity Stands Out Plaintiff‑side personal injury litigation, including catastrophic injury and wrongful death matters In‑office collaboration, with a schedule that supports consistent attorney teamwork Clear earning upside through additional commissions on resolved cases Meaningful responsibility across core litigation tasks, including motion practice and discovery The Role Manage a plaintiff personal injury caseload from early evaluation through settlement or trial preparation Draft and respond to pleadings, written discovery, and substantive motions Prepare for and take depositions, including party and witness depositions, as experience permits Assist with mediation and settlement strategy, including demand packages and negotiations Support trial preparation, including witness preparation, exhibit organization, and pretrial filings Maintain regular client communication and provide practical case status counseling Location, Schedule and Compensation Schedule: Hybrid, in office 4 days per week Compensation: Base salary of $250,000 2 to 5 years of litigation experience Civil litigation background with a focus on plaintiff personal injury Active California Bar admission in good standing Juris Doctor from an accredited law school Strong legal writing skills, including comfort with motion practice and discovery drafting Ability to work effectively in an in‑office environment and manage active case deadlines Trial exposure Compensation and Benefits Base salary of $250,000 Additional commission on resolved cases, with potential earnings exceeding $400,000 annually based on experience and performance #J-18808-Ljbffr
