Job Description Required Education: • High School Diploma or equivalent Required Skills• 2+ years of customer and/or clerical experience • 1+ year of experience managing and coordinating travel arrangements, lunch orders, RSVPs, and sorting/delivering mail • 1+ year experience managing an office to include open/close procedures, office supplies, checking printers, organization, and cleanliness • Knowledge of customer service principles and practices • Good verbal and written communication skills • Bilingual (Spanish) • Ability to multitask • Ability to lift up to 30 lbs Preferred Skills • 1+ year experience using Microsoft Office including Excel and Word • 2+ years of call center phone experience or receptionist experience Job Duties • Answer telephones and provide front desk reception support • Greet visitors and assist guests entering the center • Type and word process documents • Maintain calendars and coordinate meetings • Coordinate travel arrangements, lunch orders, and RSVPs • Copy, fax, and file documents • Track expenses and attendance • Coordinate building and equipment maintenance • Set up and tear down events hosted at the center • Manage incoming and outgoing mail • Open and close office as needed • Maintain office organization and cleanliness Typical Responsibilities • Welcome visitors and provide bilingual front desk support • Answer and route incoming calls • Coordinate office activities and administrative support tasks • Manage mail, supplies, printers, and office organization • Assist with scheduling meetings and events • Support center operations and maintain a professional environment **Only those lawfully authorized to work in the designated country associated with the position will be considered.** **Please note that all Position start dates and duration are estimates and may be reduced or lengthened based upon a client's business needs and requirements.** Benefits: For information and details on employment benefits offered with this position, please visit here .
