Job Description Required Education • High school diploma or Equivalent Required Qualifications/Skills/Experience • Excellent customer service skills • Experience performing quality checks on printed materials and documents • Ability to operate office equipment and production machinery • Good computer skills, including Microsoft Office and email applications • Strong organizational and time management skills • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds as needed • Ability to safely operate a paper cutting machine and related equipment Preferred Qualifications/Skills/Experience • Experience operating high-volume copiers, printers, scanners, or document imaging systems • Experience with document management systems • Experience in mailroom operations, shipping and receiving, or records management Print Production Associate Overview • Provides operational support across document production, mail services, shipping and receiving, and facility support functions • Operates high-volume copying, printing, scanning, and document imaging equipment while ensuring quality and efficiency • Supports customers by managing document requests, maintaining office equipment, and providing timely delivery of completed work • Assists with mail distribution, records management, conference room setup, and light facility maintenance as needed • Maintains equipment, inventories, service logs, and production records to support daily operations • Delivers exceptional customer service by responding to service requests, answering questions, and ensuring customer satisfaction • Works in a fast-paced environment requiring strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks • May be required to work overtime, evenings, weekends, or respond to off-hour service needs based on business requirements Job Duties • Operate high-volume copy, print, scanning, and document imaging equipment • Perform binding, finishing, cutting, drilling, stapling, shrink-wrapping, jogging, taping, and related production tasks • Operate document imaging software and manage electronic files using established procedures • Open, save, transfer, send, and retrieve files using Microsoft Office and email systems • Access and maintain documents within document management systems • Perform quality inspections on copier output and production materials • Clear paper jams and report equipment issues requiring technical support • Maintain copier areas in a clean, organized, and fully stocked condition • Maintain service logs, meter readings, inventory records, and billing documentation • Process incoming and outgoing mail, fax transmissions, shipping, and receiving activities • Distribute mail, office supplies, and completed jobs to designated locations • Respond to customer service requests and provide updates on job status • Perform filing, document archiving, and records maintenance • Deliver completed work to designated customer locations, including travel between buildings when required • Set up meeting and conference rooms as assigned • Assist with office moves and workspace reconfigurations • Operate office equipment including copiers, calculators, fax machines, postage meters, and personal computers • Work overtime, evenings, weekends, and off-hour emergency response as business needs require **Only those lawfully authorized to work in the designated country associated with the position will be considered.** **Please note that all Position start dates and duration are estimates and may be reduced or lengthened based upon a client's business needs and requirements.** Benefits: For information and details on employment benefits offered with this position, please visit here .
