Shift Notes: 8hr Days Monday-Friday 8.30a-5p 40hour guarantee

Travel Policy: Candidates' Permanent Address (Facility will not consider local candidates - 50-mile radius restriction)
The Staff Physical Therapist is responsible for the evaluation and treatment of patients with orthopedic, neurological, complex-medical, and other diagnoses that affect a person's strength, range of motion, endurance, and overall function. The Staff Physical Therapist will utilize therapeutic exercise, modalities, and activities to achieve the highest level of function possible.
SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS- Minimum of 2 years experience - Required

- 2 Supervisory Signed References (from within the past two years of employment)
- License/Certifications (as required by posting: NH RN, BLS, ACLS
