About the Job We are looking for an experienced Night Auditor to join our dynamic team. Your missions will include the following: Greet and assist all guests as soon as they arrive at the property. Manage all reception-related operations: check-in, check-out, currency exchange, invoicing, accommodation, information, bookings, and concierge services. Ensure check-in for potential late arrivals or apply the no-show procedure. Respond to guest questions and requests, offering a personalized service adapted to each need. Maintain a high level of customer service in line with our quality standards. Coordinate with the Front Office Manager to address customer complaints. Participate in managing the hotel's general mailbox by replying to and redirecting emails. Assist with administrative tasks at the front desk and prepare and submit operational reports on time. Keep workspaces tidy and maintain a pleasant hotel entrance. Ensure all department equipment is clean and in good working condition. At night, complete the daily End Of Day closing in Opera and control cash receipts. Conduct rounds of floors/hotel areas and report any non-conformities. Take charge of the hotel switchboard, inform customers, and redirect calls. Ensure clear communication of instructions within the team and with Housekeeping. Coordinate security at the front desk to maintain safety for guests, hosts, goods, and materials, including key inventory and guest belongings. About You A Night Auditor is always working on behalf of our guests and with other team members. To successfully fill this role, you should demonstrate the following attributes: Social, engaging and motivated. Flexibility to respond quickly and positively to a range of work situations. Excellent communication skills with clear speech. Knowledge of and abilities in other languages would be beneficial. Attention to details and customer needs.
