Primary Responsibilities: RESPONSIBILITIES: • Provide excellent guest service toguests, internal and external, through active guest engagement and positiveattitude. • Shall be required toread, implement, and adhere to all NWCR Policies and Procedures, LVD GamingOrdinance, Tribal/State Gaming Compact, NIGC Minimum Internal Control Standards, IndianGaming Regulatory Act, LVD Tribal Internal Control Standards, Title 31Minimum Internal Control Standards, NWCR Casino Employee Handbook, HotelDepartment Policy and Procedure Manual. • Maintain a high level ofprofessional appearance for self and environment. • Complete required reports of theNight Auditor position. • Registering guests and reconcilingguests’ accounts. • Responsible for accurate handling ofmonies including ensuring accuracy of money in, money out of cash bank. • Making and modifyingreservations. • Maintain a friendly and approachableattitude towards guests and fellow employees. • To remain in compliance with CasinoRegulatory policies and procedures, employees are required to attend allnecessary meetings and training facilitated by Management. • Due to the dynamic Casinoenvironment from time to time, we require employees to be flexible and assumeother responsibilities assigned by management. Skills & Qualifications: MINIMUMQUALIFICATIONS: • Must have a High School diploma orG.E.D. • Must be computer literate. • Must be able to work flexible hours. • Must pass background checks andother pre-employment screenings necessary to receive and maintain a GamingLicense. PREFFEREDQUALIFICATIONS: • Excellent customer service skills. • Must have excellent work record. • Must have strong interpersonal andcommunication skills. WORKINGCONDITIONS: • Working conditions are sedentarywork with prolonged walking and standing. • Ability to lift 50 pounds attimes.
