Insight Global is currently hiring a THIRD shift Maintenance Technician for a large manufacturing client located in the Sandston, VA area. This role will be direct hire and will require working the third shift (Sunday night through Thursday night 10pm-6:30am). This person will be conducting preventive maintenance on production equipment following established standards, utilizing the Maintenance Management System (MMS) to report repair status and work orders, and troubleshooting, inspecting, and maintaining industrial equipment. They will also communicate professionally with internal customers, providing updates on repair progress, parts orders, and estimated completion time.Qualifications:2 years of industrial mechanical experience (within manufacturing or production environment)Ability to use hand tools and measuring tools (calipers, tape measures, etc.) Ability to read and understand manuals, prints, and schematics Comfortable working the night shift
