Rush University Medical Center is seeking to fill an RN 1 position in the Adult Observation Unit (5Kellog). The role is full-time, 0.9 to 1.0 FTE, with a 12-hour shift from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM. Compensation ranges from $37.50 to $57.19 per hour, plus a $5,000 sign-on bonus. Eligible new graduates must enroll in BSN within defined timelines, and IL RN licensure is required.
