Job Summary - HR Operations Representative
- Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers visiting the HR Department for an acute care hospital and/or corporate/ancillary offices.
- Assist employees with general HR inquiries related to Recruitment, Benefits, HR policies, Employee Relations, and Compensation (e.g., paychecks, benefits, transfers, unemployment processing).
- Support or assume HR Admin Coordinator duties as needed based on volume.
- Support HR team members and HR initiatives.
- Coordinate all onboarding transactions for new hires, including I-9s, pre-employment health screenings, and occupational health scheduling.
- Manage off-boarding of terminated employees, handle employee transfers, and assist in recruitment activities.
- Ensure timely completion and submission of all personnel action change documentation (scanning, data entry) to maintain accurate employee records.
- Assist in HR projects and other initiatives as assigned by HR leadership.
- Maintain confidentiality and embrace a diverse workforce.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
