We are currently seeking a dynamic and motivated Banquet Sales Associate to join our sales team. The ideal candidate is passionate about hospitality, possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, and thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

Requirements

  • Actively promote and sell banquet and event services to prospective clients through various channels, including walk-in, networking events, and client referrals.
  • Manage Salesforce platform in order to ensure sales process from lead generation to contract negotiations and closings are accounted for.
  • Engage with clients to understand their event requirements, provide personalized recommendations, and guide them through the booking process.
  • Generate detailed proposals and contracts for clients outlining event specifications, pricing, and terms and conditions.
  • Provide regular sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and performance reports to management.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of events.
  • Conduct site tours and coordinate event logistics.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer preferences to identify opportunities for business growth.
  • Represent the Company at industry events, shows, and promotional activities as needed.

Requirements:

  • 3 to 4 years’ experience in sales, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Salesforce platform.
  • Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, Business Administration, or related field preferred.

Work Schedule: Weekdays, Weekends

Annual Salary: $60,000, plus commission structure
