Project Overview
Great Basin Staffing LLC is building out project teams for a large-scale telecom infrastructure deployment in the  WY area. We’re looking for experienced low voltage / cable technicians to support both inside plant (ISP) and outside plant (OSP) cable installation on a multi-year fiber network project.
If you have experience pulling cable, working around construction sites, and want steady, long-term work with weekly pay, we want to talk to you.

Key Responsibilities
• Pull and route fiber and copper cable through trays, conduits, risers, and structured pathways inside commercial/industrial facilities (ISP).
• Assist with outside plant (OSP) work including underground and aerial cable installation with field crews.
• Follow cable handling best practices including proper bend radius, pulling tension, and pathway protection.
• Read and follow basic prints, floor plans, and work orders.
• Stage materials, prep pathways, and support splicers and network technicians as needed.
• Maintain clean, safe work areas and follow all site safety requirements.

Preferred Experience
• 1+ year in low voltage, structured cabling, telecom, security systems, fire alarm, access control, or related trades.
• Experience pulling cable in commercial/industrial environments (new construction, TI, plant, or data center work).
• Familiarity with cable tray, J-hooks, innerduct, handholes, manholes, or aerial plant is a plus.
• Ability to read basic construction drawings and routing diagrams.
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to work as part of a crew.

Physical & Work Environment
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, climb ladders, and work on your feet throughout the shift.
• Comfortable working around active construction and industrial environments.
• Ability to work in varying weather conditions when assisting with OSP activities.
