Russo's On The Bay, a premier event venue and restaurant, is currently seeking Seasonal Servers to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in high-end catering and a passion for delivering exceptional service. As a Banquet Server, you will play a pivotal role in creating unforgettable experiences for our guests during events. Your top priority will be to provide exceptional service that exceeds their expectations. You will have the opportunity to showcase your attention to detail and ability to anticipate guests' needs.

In this position, you will be responsible for skillfully setting up and expertly breaking down tables, ensuring an organized and visually pleasing event space. Additionally, you will take pride in flawlessly serving an array of delectable food and beverages. With precision and grace, you will deliver meals and beverages promptly and accurately to ensure a memorable dining experience.

Your attentive and proactive approach will ensure that guests have everything they need to fully enjoy their experience. Whether it be promptly clearing empty plates, refilling glasses, or responding to special requests, you will go above and beyond to provide personalized service that will make guests feel valued and truly cared for.

Responsibilities

• Arrange tables, chairs, linens, and other event equipment.
• Assist with food and beverage preparation and presentation.
• Serve food and beverages to guests promptly and with politeness.
• Ensure all guests have everything they need to enjoy their experience.
• Clean and organize event spaces at the end of the evening.
• Collaborate with fellow team members to ensure seamless execution of events.
• Provide exceptional customer service to all guests.

Requirements

• Some restaurant experience is preferred.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy objects, including tables and chairs.
• Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time and move quickly between tasks.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Positive attitude and commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
• Maintain the highest levels of cleanliness and awareness of sanitary practices.
