A renowned medical organization is looking to immediately hire a Full-time board-certified, highly skilled, and compassionate Nurse Practitioner or Physician's Assistant, who has at least 3 years of experience in Adult and Geriatrics with an NJ state license, to work in Paterson and Clifton, NJ. The organization offers $150K per year, plus hefty employment packages including paid time off (PTO), medical, dental, and vision, and malpractice insurance.

Responsibilities:

• Assessing patients' health, diagnosing conditions, and collaborating with physicians on treatment plans,
• Managing chronic conditions, treating adult and geriatrics primary care and chronic diseases such as cardiac and diabetes
• Conducting health screenings, administering immunizations, and performing routine physical exams,
• Documenting patient information accurately and communicating effectively with patients and healthcare team members, and

Qualifications:

• Board-certified NP or PA,
• Active NJ state license,
• No malpractice history
• 3 years of experience,
• Excellent communication skills,
• Effective time management skills, and
• High organizational skills.

Schedule

• 40 hours a week: Monday to Friday, No weekend, and
• On-Call after hours every other Thursday: 8 PM to 9 AM
• 1-2 days a week to cover nursing home patients is optional.

Job Type:

• Full-time.

Pay level:

• $150K per year.
