Key Responsibilities Program plan development and ownership: Establish the strategy, plan, and schedule; define and track milestones; break down deliverables and assign owners; map dependencies; identify and respond to changes and risks. Program stakeholder management: Align scope and requirements, drive weekly/biweekly cross‑functional cadence, exec reviews, decision logs, and drive escalations to closure. Program execution: Remove roadblocks and drive completion to the plan. Adapt to changes. Assess readiness for transition to High Volume Manufacturing and enable the transfer of responsibilities. Forecast capacity and integration into manufacturing strategy. Organizational growth: Conduct lessons learned and integrate into business process improvements. Requirements (must‑have) Required evidence and experience: 7+ years of hands‑on program/project management experience leading cross‑functional business and technical teams. Demonstrated leadership for complex hardware and software products, from design through transition to high‑volume manufacturing. Experience working globally across multiple time zones and functions. Proven ability to manage multiple complex programs in parallel in a high‑impact, high‑velocity environment. Professional PM certification required; if not held at hire, must be obtained within 12 months of hire. Core Competencies (skills And Capabilities) Build and maintain integrated plans; define milestones; manage dependencies; and drive delivery to commitments. Identify opportunities and implement strategies that improve business operations and core processes. Provide technical leadership on structured problem‑solving across sub‑systems, including root‑cause identification and prioritization of solutions. Proactively identify, communicate, and mitigate risks; manage change to maintain alignment to scope, schedule, and quality. Balance agility with appropriate process rigor. Behaviors (how You Operate) Acts with a proactive, solution‑oriented mindset—treats problems as opportunities to improve the product and the process. Demonstrates high emotional intelligence, puts people first, and strengthens engagement in a matrixed team environment. Communicates clearly and confidently at all levels, with the courage and presence to influence executive decisions. Education Bachelor's Degree preferred – relevant and related experience may be substituted.
