**Key Responsibilities:**

- Perform thorough patient assessments, including history-taking and physical examinations.

- Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions in collaboration with physicians and nursing staff.

- Order and interpret diagnostic tests, such as lab results and imaging studies.

- Initiate and manage treatment plans, including prescribing medications and performing procedures as appropriate.

- Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary team members to ensure continuity of care.
