RN Pay Rate $38 - $44 based on experience * LPN Pay Rate $30 - $36 based on experience * RN Sign-on Bonus - $10,000 (paid in increments, final payout after six months of successful employment) * LPN Sign-on Bonus - $8,000 (paid in increments, final payout after six months of successful employment) * The RN/LPN Nurse provides support to the Director of Nursing and can take many of the responsibilities and tasks of the Director when they are not present in the building.
